With most of the votes counted Tuesday evening in Richmond, Columbia and Burke counties, Superior Court Judge Carl C. Brown Jr. easily beat back a challenge by an Augusta attorney facing the possibility his law license will be suspended. And Richmond County State Court Judge John Flythe will switch offices after winning 65 percent of the vote to replace retiring Superior Court Chief Judge J.
