ELDRED - When Charles Petersheim volunteered to coach baseball for the Eldred Little League last spring, he was a first-time coach who wanted to help his 8-year-old son enjoy the sport.He claims that what he got was months of harassment and intimidation at the hands of those who run the league and essentially blackballed him, damaging his reputation and businesses.“They really misused their authority to sort of satisfy a personal grudge,” Petersheim said.
