BY MARTHA DELLER FORT WORTH -- A Tarrant County jury began deliberating Tuesday morning in the capital murder trial of Dustin Nall, accused of stabbing a 68-year-old Arlington woman to death two years ago while stealing her pain medication and other prescription drugs. The jury deliberated just over 90 minutes before recessing for lunch while court officials gathered some evidence and testimony jurors had requested to assist in their deliberations.Jurors were given the choice of convicting Nall of capital murder if they believe he intentionally killed Bertha Wilkerson while robbing her or burglarizing her house; felony murder if they believe that, while robbing Wilkerson, he committed a dangerous act that resulted in the womans death; or acquitting.Nall, 27, could be sentenced to death or life in prison without parole if he is convicted of capital murder.
