Even in a solid blue state like New York, a repeal of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has merit, according to a recent survey of Capital Region residents. One day before President-elect Donald Trump is set to take the oath of office, a CDPHP Insights survey found that 55 percent of health care consumers support a repeal of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
