An attorney for a man who pled guilty to child sex abuse crimes in the 1980s asked judges on the state's highest court on Wednesday to issue a decision compelling Long Island prosecutors to hand over documents related to the case as his client seeks to prove his innocence.Jesse Friedman, a subject of the 2003 documentary "Capturing the Friedmans," filed a Freedom of Information Law request seeking documents provided to an advisory panel and case review team tasked with reinvestigating his case earlier this decade.
