Bennington, Vt. Lina Grover was anxious about returning home from the hospital with her husband, Raymond, after his heart attack four years ago. Raymond, now 80, had been in and out of the emergency room a few years before. He'd get short of breath and Lina would rush him from their home in Arlington, Vt., to Southern Vermont Medical Center in Bennington, where he'd be fine — until the time it was so bad that Lina called 911, and Grover was transported to Albany Medical Center to have a pacemaker put in. So Lina was worried how he'd fare after the heart attack in 2013.
