Stories Related to Case Of Tuberculosis Identified At Lee High School

School officials learned a student at Robert E. Lee High School in North East Independent School District was confirmed to have tuberculosis last week. Infection typically requires prolonged exposure, which generally puts the immediate family members of the infected person most at risk, said Dr. Anil Mangla, the assistant director of Metropolitan Health District’s communicable diseases division.
