A bill that would make the first week of each August “Ice Bucket Challenge Week” in honor of Pete Frates — who started the social media phenomenon that raised hundreds of millions for ALS research — is headed to the governor’s office to become law.The bill has been approved by the House and Senate, and forwarded to Gov.
