Chris Hemsworth has possibly found his next franchise. The Tracking Board reports that the Avenger is eyeing the role of Allan Quatermain, a big time huntsman who debuted in H.Rider Haggard’s 1885 novel King Solomon’s Mine. Details of the plot are yet to be revealed, though Quatermain is no stranger to the big screen, and he's commonly regarded as one of the major influences behind Indiana Jones. There have been recent attempts to create a contemporary version of Quatermain, including a languishing Dreamworks project starring Sam Worthington.
