(AP) — Western Colorado officials will travel to Oregon next week to advocate for a project that would carry natural gas from Colorado to the Pacific Rim. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ruled against the project this spring, but local government officials in Colorado and Oregon are hoping to urge the agency to reconsider and approve it this time.
