A judge will announce Bill Cosby's fate in one hour, but has already declared the disgraced entertainer a "sexually violent predator" in this morning's sentencing hearing, dooming him to the sex offenders' registry and lifetime observation. Judge Steven O’Neill says he’ll announce the sentence in court at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Prosecutors are asking for five to 10 years in prison.
