‘Operation Summer Snacks’ hopes for continued success after amazing year

WINDHAM – “Operation Summer Snacks,” an initiative of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Windham, annually collects food for children in need who receive bags of food from the “Backpackers” program during the school year but, in many cases, do not have the snacks during the summer.

Hampden resident completes intensive research project

WORCESTER, Massachusetts — Krystal Grant, a member of the Class of 2022 majoring in Robotics Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, was a member of a student team that recently completed an intense research project titled Impact of Ethical Considerations In the Context of Pandemics.
