DANBURY — Detectives with the police department’s special investigations division charged two local men this week with selling cocaine in a downtown affordable housing complex. Detectives who set up a surveillance of the area discovered activity consistent with drug trafficking and were able to get court authorized search and seizure warrants issued on Wednesday for the arrest of Waner Nunez, 29, and Edwin Castillo, 45.
