A 418,000-square-foot industrial and warehouse building at 12000 N. 132nd Avenue in Surprise has been sold for $24.1 million. Northstar Commercial Partners sold the building, located on 32 acres of land, to Dalfen America Corp., a Canadian REIT that has several U.S. offices.
