MEDIA >> Weeks before the formal unveiling of the 2016 budget, Delaware County Council made the announcement today that there will be no county tax increase next year."Today, we are pleased to announce that council has directed our executive director to deliver a no new taxes budget to council and the residents and taxpayers of Delaware County," Delaware County Councilman John McBlain said.
