Noah Hawley, known for creating and writing Fargo and Legion, has confirmed he's been in conversations with MCU head Kevin Feige about a Doctor Doom movie. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Hawley referenced the Doctor Doom movie he was writing for Fox, and confirmed he's still in talks with Disney about making it. "I did sit down with Kevin Feige recently and I said that I look at myself as sort of the Marvel R&D department.
