A 26-year-old Macomb Township resident was arrested on March 17 after causing a scene in the 100 block of West Fourth Street. Officers noticed a disturbance taking place on the sidewalk and encountered the Macomb Township resident, who was intoxicated. The resident also attempted to assault patients at one of the local businesses, according to the Rochester Police Department.
