Stephen Starinsky, the son of Janine and Steve Starinsky, Duryea, has commissioned into the United States Army as a second lieutenant and will serve as a field artillery officer. He was named a George C. Marshall Award winner and a Distinguished Military Graduate by graduating in the top 5% of all ROTC Cadets across the country.
