Dylan Cease had to deal with traffic in every inning of Tuesday’s start against the Kansas City Royals. The Chicago White Sox right-hander made the big pitches each time. Cease allowed seven hits and struck out nine in 5⅔ innings, leading the Sox to a 3-0 victory in Game 1 of a doubleheader at Kauffman Stadium. “(The Royals) did a really good job of getting on,” Cease said.
