By Kate White Mark Plants, who was removed as Kanawha County's prosecuting attorney last month, was permanently removed from the state public employees' retirement system this week.Plants, who faces two misdemeanor domestic violence-related charges, committed malfeasance in office and neglect of duty and could no longer do the job he was elected to do, a three-judge panel ruled in October.
