A Fairport Harbor man was arraigned Feb. 24 in a 10-count secret indictment alleging he had sexual contact with an underage girl.Matthew Irvine, 30, pleaded not guilty in Lake County Common Pleas Court to five counts of gross sexual imposition and one count each of importuning and attempted gross sexual imposition, all felonies.
