The area’s dairy industry appears to be rebounding after years of drought took the momentum out of its growth. “We aren’t seeing so many new farms go in, but some of the dairies that are here have expanded a little bit,” said Ellen Jordan, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension dairy specialist in Dallas.
