Similar Stories to A Fifth Of Consumers Would Buy Financial Services From Google, Facebook And Amazon, Study Shows on Bing News

Almost a fifth of consumers would buy banking or insurance services from challengers such as Google, Facebook and Amazon, according to a new Europe-wide study from Fujitsu. The research, which surveyed 7,000 consumers, found there is a shift in consumer interaction with their banks and insurers with a drive for digital services leading the pace of change.
