Florida East Coast Realty has completed 3 MiamiCentral, the first building as part of its mixed-use project around the Brightline passenger rail station in downtown Miami. The office building totals 96,000 square feet at 161 N.W. 6th Street, a short walk from the Brightline train station also developed by FECI.
