MIAMI (AP) — A South Florida man has been sentenced to more than eight years in federal prison after pleading guilty to identity theft and cashing stolen government checks. In addition to the prison term, U.S. District Judge Ursula Ungaro on Thursday ordered Diroggiero to pay $745,000 in restitution to victims.
