From Staff ReportsCasey and Minna Biggs performed for downtown workers in the tunnels below 101 Park Ave. on Tuesday. The couple play folk tunes from around the world along with contemporary pop, oldies and original music. The entertainment was sponsored by Art Moves, an Arts Council OKC initiative that provides free arts events in downtown Oklahoma City during the lunch hour.
