Steven D. Rockett, 47, of Forest Grove was found guilty May 24 of several federal child porn-related charges for repeatedly traveling to the Philippines to sexually abuse children. He was sentenced to 52 1/2 years in prison last year in Washington County for sexually abusing at least five children over several years.
