STOCKTON — Former Mayor Anthony Silva posted bail early Friday morning, hours after his arrest the previous night for allegedly violating probation terms from an earlier conviction by possessing an AR-15-style semiautomatic rifle.The 43-year-old Silva was arrested by agents from the California Department of Justice’s Bureau of Firearms. The agency did not respond to an interview request Friday, and neither did Silva.
