Jurors convicted Michael Notoriano of one count of willful neglect of duty, a misdemeanor, according to Wayne County Circuit Court records. They found him not guilty of armed robbery, unlawful imprisonment, felonious assault, ethnic intimidation and using a firearm to commit a felony.
