Stories Related to Fox Valley Police Reports

Lloyd Atkins Jr., 46, of Schaumburg, was charged Wednesday with possession of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance, according to an Elgin police report. Police were called by Grand Victoria Casino staff members who found a clear small bag containing white rocks and determined it fell out of Atkins' pocket after reviewing security video.
