HAMLET OF WALLKILL — The Wallkill Lions Club’s Annual International Curling Tournament is not an event to be missed — even when it’s 9 degrees outside, with winds blowing at about 25 mph.At least, that is what 28 curling teams believed, when they enthusiastically took to the ice on Saturday.It all started with a harebrained scheme by Lions Club member Andy Harcher last year.
