Marvin Light opens the door of his Willoughby apartment with a huge grin.The 94-year-old widower is greeted with not only a hot meal, but a friendly face.Light, a retired sheet metal shop owner and U.S. Army World War II veteran, has been getting Meals on Wheels fresh lunches delivered on weekdays for several years through the non-profit Lake County Council on Aging.
