PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- A 27-year-old gang member doing double life sentences in prison for gunning down rivals outside the Chad Brown housing complex in 2014 is now facing a charge that he fatally stabbed another rival seven years before that. A grand jury on Wednesday handed down a sealed indictment charging Young Niggas in Charge gang member Bruce Moten with murder for the stabbing death of 18-year-old Darren "Dee" Reagans Jr.
