Student loan forgiveness extended
The deadline for applications for student loan forgiveness has been extended to June 30, 2024.
A six-bedroom, 12,692-square-foot mansion on Lake Michigan in Winnetka was listed Tuesday for $11.75 million.
Built in 2021 and designed by the Morgante Wilson architectural firm, the mansion has three floors for living including a walkout lower level. It also has six full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, a fireplace in the family room, and steps down to the private beach, all on a 0.75-acre property.
“The beauty of (this house) is that it’s built for today’s living,” listing agent Jena Radnay of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate told Elite Street.
