 The Winchester High girls lacrosse team defeated Arlington, 13-2 in its final Middlesex League game of the season on Friday, May 19.The Sachems led 7-1 at the half thanks in part to a four-goal run that included two goals from Isabel Bush, one from Yasmine Boukari and one from Siobhan Hickey.
