STOCKTON — Homicide detectives were investigating a complex crime scene spread out over a half mile along one of north Stockton’s busiest thoroughfares after a man was fatally shot while driving Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.Officers responded to a report of a multi-vehicle collision with shots fired at 3:39 p.m. at East Hammer Lane and Lan Ark Drive.
