OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A woman charged with killing two women and a girl in 1992 whose bodies were found in a hole dug for a septic tank is due in court to possibly enter a plea in the case, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said Monday. The agency said in a news release that Beverly Noe has been offered a plea deal and, if it is accepted, will plead guilty Tuesday in Creek County District Court in Bristow. An OSBI spokeswoman said the release was sent on behalf of the district attorney's office and that she had no other details. According to an affidavit, Prewitt told investigators that he dug the hole for a septic tank and that after the two women and the girl disappeared, his mother asked him to fil in the hole and sprinkle the ground with pepper to cover up any odor.
