CEDAR RAPIDS — Two Corridor service agencies are merging as part of a move officials say will make two good organizations into one great one. Effective July 1, Horizons and Neighborhood Transportation Service will join together. Horizons provides a variety of services to those in need, including credit counseling and mental health counseling.
