A Mexican man in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement housed at the McHenry County Adult Correctional Facility in Woodstock has died, according to a press release from the Office of Public Affairs of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Roberto Rodriguez-Espinoza, 37, was pronounced dead at 9:35 p.m.
