Attorneys for more than 200 detained Iraqi nationals across the county will argue for their immediate release at a hearing in Detroit next week.Judge Mark Goldsmith of U.S. District Court in Detroit will listen to arguments from attorneys who want to get the detainees - about half from metro-Detroit - released to get back to their lives and enjoy Christmas with their families.
