PITTSBURGH (AP) — A city judge has ordered Pittsburgh's city council president and a neighboring business owner he's been feuding with to return to court after a 90-day "cooling-off period." Kraus has complained about her employees smoking in front of his house, while she's accused him of gathering litter and dumping a bag of it on the front steps of her business.
