WILKES-BARRE — A city man who fatally shot another man last year will spend up to two decades in prison after he pleaded guilty Wednesday in Luzerne County Court to third-degree murder. Khalil Brathwaite, 20, of 197 Brown Street, was charged with criminal homicide in the death of 33-year-old Jason Canty.
