A suspected suicide bomber killed at least 22 people were killed and 59 injured at a concert hall in Manchester, England, according to U.S. and U.K. authorities. A loud explosion was set off outside the venue just after American singer Ariana Grande closed a show, sending screaming fans streaming toward the exits, according to witnesses and British authorities.
