To the Times:I recently received a mailer directed at state Rep. Bill Adolph, R-165 of Springfield. It insinuated that the representative is allowing the natural gas drilling companies to get away with something by not paying a severance tax that Gov. Tom Wolf wanted in the recent budget, and all of this at the expense of education.
