This letter is my attempt to gently nudge any and all town members who may still be unsure about how to vote on our plastic bag issue. I realize that if your decision has already been made, my letter will have little to no impact on your vote. But if there is even a slight chance of nudging you toward removing plastic bags from our community here in Winchester, I want to part of that initiative.
