Last year on Labor Day, Carol Bohannon celebrated a noteworthy stat: 50 years of running. Every single day. "I jog every day. Sometimes it goes to a basic walk," said the 78-year-old Monument resident. "I'll do it to my grave, literally one foot in and one foot out probably. It borders on compulsion and the pursuit of it in all settings." Bohannon emailed me after reading my last column about my gym date with my mom.
