By Staff report A man was arrested after he was accused of breaking into a Putnam County mobile home, strangling a woman and threatening to kill her. Kevin Hodskins, of Ravenswood, is charged with nighttime burglary, strangulation, and assault during commission of or attempt to commit a felony. Putnam sheriff's deputies were called to Country Roads Mobile Home Park in Poca after reports of a stabbing, according to a criminal complaint filed in Putnam Magistrate Court.
