A McHenry man accused of barricading himself in a Crystal Lake apartment Friday had previously filmed and photographed himself sexually assaulting a child, police said. Matthew Reder, 24, of the 500 block of Sunrise Street, was on parole for a for a 2016 residential burglary out of Iroquois County when he surrendered himself to police Friday, Illinois Department of Corrections records show.
