By The Associated Press BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. (AP) - Authorities say a man has been arrested after shots were fired in a Wal-Mart parking lot in West Virginia. Cabell County Sheriff Tom McComas tells WSAZ-TV that Bryant Reese Bowen, 22, of Huntington has been charged with four counts of wanton endangerment and is being held at the Western Regional Jail.
