A man may lose his leg after he was attacked by a pair of pit bulls, Harris County sheriff's officials said Wednesday. The 59-year-old man was attacked about 3 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of Manatee Lane in north Harris County. After paramedics arrived at the scene, the man was taken to Ben Taub General Hospital.
